How We Use It

AI Processing

Parlance uses Google Gemini (Google's generative AI service) to generate session feedback. Requests are routed through our Cloudflare Workers proxy so that API credentials stay on our infrastructure. For Pro subscribers, we also use Hume AI for vocal emotion analysis. Speech-to-text transcription is performed by Apple's Speech Recognition framework on your device (and, depending on your device and language, may be processed by Apple's servers). Each provider processes your data solely to deliver the feature described and does not use your content to train its own foundation models under our configuration.

All AI-generated scores and coaching feedback are for practice purposes only. They are not professional coaching, psychological assessment, or any form of certified evaluation.
